Every day, we craft our pastas, sauces and focaccias using quality ingredients. Our focaccias are turned into delicisious sandwiches and pizzas and our different pastas can be mixed with your sauce of choice, topped up with parmesano or pecorino and enjoyed at our venue, eatten by the lake or at home.
Fresca is also the only place in Wānaka where you can buy freshly made pasta to cook at home. Whether you are eating solo or feeding the family, we have an option for you.
And lets not forget our awesome coffee. Rated as many as the best coffee in town, we partner with Havana Coffee Works to deliver beautiful coffee, alongside with some simple baking treats.
